Today we tried Christie Fig Newtons. They are soft & chewy and made with real fruit. I remember that my dad always had these available in his room. Since it is National Fig Newton Day, I decided to give them a try to see what he liked about them. They are just as i thought, sweet but not too chewy. A nice treat without all the mystery ingredients. They just contain Figs and Newton. I bought them on Amazon https://www.amazon.ca/. I wasn’t that fussy about them but my husband really liked. them. #Fig Newton Day
Seinfeld is a classic sitcom labelled “the show about nothing.” Some episodes really were about the mundane, but others had actual social commentary. We watched the Seinfeld episode on Season 4, Episode 3 called ‘The Nothing Pitch’. It was hilarious just as all the Seinfeld episodes. That is how we celebrated National Nothing Day.
