For National Granola Bar Day, we ate Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Granola Bars Dark Chocolate Nut. This is my most favourite granola bar and it has only 9 grams of sugar per bar. I love dark chocolate and nuts so this is the best combination for me. There are many other different flavours to try. We bought this at Fortinos. We watched Flora & Ulysses movie on Disney Plus https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/select-profile for National Squirrel Appreciation Day. This movie is based on the book with the same name. Flora & Ulysses, the squirrel become friends and have lots of adventures. It’s an adorable movie. #Squirrel Appreciation Day
