National Strawberry Shortcake Day – Dessert Cake Cups, Strawberries and Cool Whip

We made a quick easy strawberry shortcake using dessert cups, strawberries and cool whip for National #Strawberry Shortcake Day. I think I would prefer tea biscuits versus dessert cake cups. It was still good though.
